Processing times for visa applications are estimates only. Govis AE is not responsible for delays, rejections, or actions taken by government authorities.
If your visa is denied, Govis AE will refund its service fee according to the Refund Policy.
You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services at the time of purchase. Fees may change without notice. Payment may be made via credit card, PayPal, or other supported methods.
Refund posting times depend on the issuing bank or payment processor.
All documents required for visa processing must be submitted within 3 days. Otherwise, refund requests may be denied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Govis AE, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from all losses, damages, claims, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of this Agreement.
